Okay, maybe not. Some poses are definitely culture- and gender-specific.
Thanks
12 days old and we’re already cool and awesome. Thanks for the kind words!

Dengeki Hobby Magazine repaints of the Busou Shinki wave 5 figures, Eukrante and Ianeira, are expected next March. We think the Eukrante repaint looks better than the retail version.
Review roundup
Adam Pawlus reviews the Hasbro GI Joe Cobra Red Ninja figure. Excerpt: “I like this figure for what it aspires to be: a new version of a hard-to-get foreign figure, a trooper, a ninja, and another member of Cobra.”
Jeff Parker reviews the Hot Toys Predator 2 figure. Excerpt: “… you’d think that the Predator shouldn’t look out of place on a float on carnival day in San Francisco, but some how he doesn’t, and it all works.”
Josh Bernard reviews the Kaiyodo Revoltech Miniature Rebuild of Evangelion EVA-01 figure. Excerpt: “These come in a case meant to be sat on the counter next to the cash register, making them perfect impulse buys.”
Dan Wakerhauser reviews the Mattel Aang the Last Airbender Water series assortment. Excerpt: “If you are paying full price that may be more than you want to spend for B list characters or variations of a character that only appeared for two episodes.”
Lando reviews the Lego Batcopter: The Chase for Scarecrow set. Excerpt: ” If you like the previous Batman sets then you need the Scarecrow to add to your LEGO villian arsenal.”
Nekrodave reviews the Sideshow Collectibles Invisible Man figure. Excerpt: “… although the standard doll body is used, it is cast entirely in clear plastic!”
Zombie Optimus Prime
“Bra-a-ain … modules …”
This is actually a Takara Transformers Jr Ultra Magnus from 1986. Pre-Internet, I had never heard of Takara’s Transformers Jr subline and I never knew Ultra Magnus’ cab transformed into a white Optimus Prime. (The catalogues never showed this.)
All I knew back then was I had a freakish albino Optimus Prime so I decided to set things right with colour markers. This was the first time I had attempted customising my toys. I immediately regretted this decision as the red marker dried pink. So instead of an Optimus Prime Done Right, I had a Barbie Optimus Prime.
This was also the last time I attempted customising my toys.
The years have not been kind to Barbiemus Prime as I lost every part that could be lost and somehow managed to detach two wheels as well.
I have now decided Barbiemus is actually Zombie Optimus Prime.

“Stikfas was not an easy birth. Although the idea and designs were ready, manufacturers were not interested in producing small quantities of unheard of toys, much less a toy whose image is precisely to have no personality whatsoever.”
Tim Shinn’s Powerglide kitbash.
“It’s a kitbash of a Revell 1:72 scale A-10 Warthog model kit. I also used bits from Bionicle and Stikfas (arms & feet), Games Workshop (details), Marvel Megamorphs (Wolverine hands), some laser etched metal detailing pieces, and a cheapo robot from Walmart (gun). The rest is plasticard (lower legs & faceplate).”

A five-minute video by Nico Di Mattia that will blow you away. The completed painting is available as a Windows wallpaper. Be sure to see the Bumblebee version, too.
Optimus Prime’s musical talent.
The tragedy is this musical prodigy lost his calling in life because of the Autobot-Decepticon war. Truly, war is hell. Whenever we hear “Mary Had A Little Lamb”, we’ll shed a tear for you, Optimus.
The younger years.
He’s obviously grown some since then.
Sweet.
Optimus Prime rolls out … into your mouth. We also like the Transformers-inspired cupcakes. We don’t know who Gabriel is but we’re envious.

“About six months ago we finally got the song to the soundtrack supervisor of the movie who liked it so much they had us re-record it in a more hard rock fashion. They loved it and were going to use it, but at the last minute Warners in the US took over the soundtrack and we got ditched!”
